Bio

Wendy Y. Li is a Ph.D. student in sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She studies international trade, global governance, and the digital economy through ethnographic, qualitative, and archival analysis. Prior to academia, she served in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the U.S. Department of State. Li holds an A.B. in Public and International Affairs from the Wilson School at Princeton University. She enjoys rowing, rugby, contemporary art, and repping Philadelphia.
